Her recommendations fit very well with my assessment of the market I was selling in. My house was tenanted right up to the week it was to be listed. Carlene had a clearly elucidated marketing plan ready to go as soon as my tenants moved out. She also had a list of potential buyers ready to see my house. The second party to view made an offer that I accepted. After my tenants vacated, a problem with the bathroom became apparent, and needed to be fixed as soon as possible.
