A valuable, unique quality that Debbie brings to South Coast Property Specialists (SCPS) is her local knowledge developed from 45 years in the local area and expertise in Property Management (including Holiday Accommodation) developed through 10 years with SCPS. Her previous experience in a client-focused business, coupled with her interest in people enables her to provide short and long-term property owners with first class support for managing their property. Similarly, she is skilled at assisting both long-term and holiday renters to find the home that suits their family’s needs in terms of location, accommodation, access and price.
Similar to other of her colleagues Debbie has completed a Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) and has a strong working knowledge of the legislation that applies to both tenants and landlords. Her strong track record in business in the region also means she is skilled at business management and her contacts are extensive.
To support clients on both sides of the property management portfolio’s ‘fence’, Debbie is a highly skilled problem solver and understands the need to respond quickly to questions, property-related issues such as maintenance and repairs, and managing payments in and out. Supporting these functions Debbie’s professional network across all trades, business and community contacts is second to none and she always knows the right person for any job, ranging from fixing a blocked train to advice on upgrading a rental property.
As an experienced member of the SCPS team Debbie brings a mature approach to setting priorities and managing the differing views of tenants and landlords, and when it comes to negotiating a pathway through an issue she is understanding, firm and aware of the legal rights of both parties.
When she is not taking bookings and signing contracts with home owners who have been looking for a Property Manager they can trust, Debbie enjoys the features and relaxed social life that the local area offers, spending time with family and seeing visitors making the most of the beautiful coastline.
